You must be at least 18 years old to rent a vehicle.

You will need:

• A full, valid driver’s licence held for at least 12 months.
• A valid passport or national ID.
• A security deposit and hire fee equivalent to the number of rental days.

We accept:

• Cash
• Online transfers via WorldRemit, Western Union, Mukuru, MoneyGram
• Mobile money platforms including EcoCash and OneMoney

Yes. Please contact us at least 1 week before the rental period begins to cancel or make changes.

Vehicles should be returned with the same fuel level they were provided with. For example, if a car is supplied with a half tank, it must be returned with a half tank. Otherwise, a refuelling fee will apply.

Yes. All our vehicles are comprehensively insured against theft and damage. Please note that you may be liable for an excess fee in the event of damage or loss (usually not more than 15% of the cost).

Yes. You may add up to two additional drivers, provided they meet the same requirements as the primary driver.

Our standard rental period is 24 hours(for a day), but we offer flexible rental options to suit your schedule.

Yes. We provide free airport pickup and delivery services. Additionally, we offer free delivery in Harare for distances within a radius of 20km and for rentals of four days, depending on vehicle class.

 Unfortunately, cross-border travel is not available at this time.
