▪︎ Inspect the vehicle thoroughly and report any existing damage.

▪︎ Ensure all requested equipment (e.g., child seat) is present.

▪︎ Review the Rental Agreement carefully and ask questions if anything is unclear.

Your rental may include the following costs:

▪︎ Daily rental rate

▪︎ Refundable security deposit

▪︎ Equipment hire (e.g., trailer)

▪︎ Excess mileage charge if mileage to be travelled is known

▪︎ Any other applicable fees or charges

▪︎ Excess kilometers driven

▪︎ Traffic and parking fines

▪︎ Toll road fees and penalties

▪︎ Delivery and vehicle collection fee if radius is more than 20km

▪︎ Repair or replacement costs (including tyres and punctures)

▪︎ Professional cleaning (e.g., for smoke or excessive dirt)

▪︎ Towing or recovery costs

▪︎ Late return fees or additional daily charges for overdue vehicles

▪︎ Use the vehicle and equipment only for their intended purposes.

▪︎ Take proper care of the vehicle and all provided equipment.

▪︎ Obey all road rules and traffic regulations.

▪︎ Return the vehicle on the agreed date, time, and location.

▪︎ Notify The Galaxy Car Rental immediately of any damage, loss, or mechanical issues.

▪︎ Any damage or loss must be reported to The Galaxy Car Rental within an hour.

▪︎ You may be required to complete an Incident Report Form.

▪︎ You may be responsible for repair or replacement costs, depending on the circumstances.

▪︎ The Galaxy Car Rental reserves the right to terminate the rental if any terms are breached.

▪︎ If you choose to return the vehicle early, an Early Return Fee may apply.

▪︎ Any extension must be requested before the rental period expires.

▪︎ Additional rental charges will apply.

▪︎ Return the vehicle in the same condition and fuel level as when rented.

▪︎ A joint inspection will be conducted with a Galaxy Car Rental representative at return.

▪︎ Fuel not replaced to the same level will incur a refueling surcharge.

▪︎ Personal information is collected and handled in line with our Privacy Policy, available on our website.

▪︎ We take reasonable measures to protect your information and only use it as permitted by law.

We accept:

• Cash
• Online transfers (World Remit, Western Union, Mukuru, MoneyGram)
• EcoCash

• Advance bookings require a non-refundable reservation fee.
• Cancellations more than a week before the rental start date may be transferable to a future rental (subject to approval) but are not refundable.
• Cancellations within a week(7 days) of the rental start date are non-refundable and non-transferable.

• Report any mechanical issues immediately.
• Failure to report may result in additional charges or liability for damages.

• You are responsible for any parking tickets, traffic fines, tolls, or penalties incurred during your rental period.

• If your reserved vehicle is unavailable, The Galaxy Car Rental may provide a similar or upgraded vehicle at no additional cost.

• This agreement is governed by the laws of Zimbabwe.

• This Rental Agreement represents the entire understanding between you and The Galaxy Car Rental and supersedes all prior agreements or discussions.

• The Galaxy Car Rental is not responsible for loss or damage except where legally required or caused by our negligence.

• Renters are responsible for tyre damage and punctures.
